Snapfile builds the Form 5472 disclosure (together with the pro forma 1120 cover sheet the IRS requires it to ride on) from the information you provide, and sends the signed package to the Ogden PIN Unit by fax. We do not prepare your wider US tax return. We are not a CPA firm. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice — we're a tool that turns your answers into a filing.

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your LLC, yourself, and your transactions.
• Review the prepared package before signing — your signature is what makes it a filing.
• Pay the agreed fee at checkout ($89 per filing year, plus $69 per additional past year if applicable).

• To prepare your filing in good faith from the information you provide.
• To have a qualified tax accountant review each package before fax.
• To fax the signed package to the IRS Ogden PIN Unit at +1-855-887-7737.
• To deliver the fax transmission receipt back to you by email.
• To automatically retry if the first fax attempt fails.

If we are unable to deliver your filing to the IRS by fax after our automated retry, you get a full refund. If a filing is rejected by the IRS because of a preparation error on our end, we will re-prepare and re-fax at no additional charge.

Refunds are not available if the filing fails due to incorrect information you provided (wrong EIN, wrong year, wrong owner identity).

We don't represent you to the IRS. We don't respond to IRS letters or notices on your behalf. We don't file your Form 1040, 1040-NR, BOI, FBAR, or any return other than Form 5472 + the pro forma Form 1120 attachment.

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us. We are not liable for IRS penalties assessed on filings prepared based on incorrect information you provided, for tax outcomes resulting from your business decisions, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. The version in force is whichever was published at the time you placed your order. If a future change materially affects orders you've already placed, we'll tell you.
