    You tell us about your LLC

    LLC name, EIN, formation date, state, business activity. We map your free-text business description to the IRS-required principal business activity code so you don't have to look one up.

    You tell us about you

    Your full name, the country whose passport you hold, your country of tax residence, and a foreign tax ID (or 'AppliedFor' if you don't have one). No SSN or ITIN required.

  3. 03

    You tell us about the money

    5 min

    Capital you put in, distributions you took out, anything else that moved between you and the LLC. If you upload bank statements, we read them in memory to extract totals and discard them — they're never written to permanent storage.

    You pay $89

    Card payment via Stripe. Refundable if we can't deliver to the IRS.

  5. 05

    We prepare your forms

    Same day → 3 days

    We build Form 5472 and the pro forma Form 1120 from your answers. A qualified tax accountant reviews the package before it leaves our system.

  6. 06

    You sign on your phone

    2 min

    We email you the unsigned PDF and a sign link. Tap once on the signature pad. The signed PDF comes straight back to us.

  7. 07

    We fax the IRS

    Same day

    The signed package goes out by fax to the Ogden PIN Unit (the IRS sub-office that handles 5472 paper filings). The carrier's send-confirmation page comes back to you by email — that's your proof the IRS received it. If the first send doesn't go through, we re-queue it automatically.
